Orders are only accepted upon DDL's written confirmation or full payment of the proforma invoice. Customers must review physical samples before ordering as shade variations between batches are industry standard. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise by DDL in writing.
Entire Agreement: The Contract constitutes the complete agreement between both parties, superseding any previous statements or warranties.
Sample Responsibility: It is the Customer's responsibility to verify Goods through samples before placing large or multiple unit orders.
Condition Variations: No changes to these terms are binding unless agreed upon in writing by authorized representatives of DDL.
Special Orders for non-stocked or personalized goods are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Amendments are not permitted after 24 hours of confirmation or once payment is processed. High-value deposits (50%–100%) are non-refundable under all circumstances including customer cancellation.
Full cleared payment must be received in DDL's bank account before any collection or delivery takes place. Approved credit accounts must settle invoices within 30 days of the invoice date to avoid suspension. Failure to pay on time entitles DDL to cancel the contract or suspend further deliveries.
DDL provides Kerbside delivery only, requiring customers to have adequate staff available for handling goods. Any damages or shortages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the delivery. Failed site access or late collections after 5 days will incur additional storage or transport fees.
Kerbside Delivery: All commercial and residential deliveries are kerbside only, and customers must ensure suitable staff is available to handle and sign for goods.
Inspection Period: Any damages, defects, or shortages must be reported to DDL in writing within 24 hours of delivery; no responsibility is taken after this timeframe.
Site Restrictions: Customers must notify DDL of any delivery restrictions beforehand, as failed attempts due to site issues will result in additional transport charges.
Collection Deadlines: Goods must be collected within 5 consecutive days of notification, after which DDL reserves the right to apply daily storage and warehousing fees.
Third-Party Liability: DDL uses third-party transportation and accepts no liability for delays or damages caused by these providers or Force Majeure events.
DDL acts as a supplier only and is not responsible for installation or related property damages. Industry-standard tolerances for natural variations in wood and stone must be accepted prior to fixing. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed 50% of the original goods' price.
Design fee deposits are non-refundable and cover site surveys, initial drawings, or specified interior design packages. These fees represent services rendered and cannot be used as credit for other goods or services. All disputes are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England.
